The book is unread and its pages, cover and packaging are undamaged — we accept it back within 14 days and refund the price of the book. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
If the book has a printing defect or arrived damaged — we exchange it for free or refund the full amount. We cover all costs.
How it works: email us with your order number, which book, and the reason (attach photos if there is damage). We check the request against these terms and tell you how to send the book back. Once the book reaches us and has been checked, the money goes back to the card you paid with.
Yes. Inside Baku proper — the districts around the metro line — a courier brings the parcel to your door, and express delivery is available too. Outlying settlements and everywhere outside Baku are served by our partner's pickup points — we detect your city's zone automatically at checkout.

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can return a book kept in resalable condition — in that case the buyer pays for the return shipping. If the book arrives defective or damaged, we cover every cost.
