In plain words: what we receive when you place an order, why we keep it, who we share it with and how to have it deleted.
Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.
We only ask for what an order needs to be accepted and delivered.
Name, phone, e-mail (optional), city, district, delivery address or pickup point, order note, chosen delivery and payment method, order contents and total.
The child's name for the dedication written in the book. The field is optional and is used only in the text of the inscription.
The phone number or e-mail you leave so we can tell you the book is available again, and a name if you wish. We contact you once.
If you leave a review after an order, the name you give and the text are published on the site. Your phone number and order details are not.
Server logs: IP address, browser, request time. Needed for security and troubleshooting.
Card payments happen on the payment operator's secure page. The card number, expiry date and CVV never reach our site and are not stored by us — we only receive the result of the payment and the transaction number.
We do not sell your data and never pass it on for advertising. To fulfil an order it goes only to these partners:
Name, phone and address — so the courier can bring the order.
Order number and amount when you pay by card online.
The site runs on Vercel's infrastructure; server logs are kept there.
Orders are stored on servers in Frankfurt (Germany) over an encrypted connection.
When an electronic receipt is issued — the order details and e-mail the receipt requires.
Where the law requires it, data may be provided to the competent state authorities.
There are no advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site — which is why you see no cookie consent banner either.
At any time you can:
Write to the address below. So that we can recognise you, include the order number or the phone number used in the order. We reply within 7 working days.
The site runs over HTTPS, the database is reached over an encrypted connection, only the shop owner has access to the admin panel, and every action there is written to an audit log. Buyers have no accounts or passwords on the site — so there is no password to steal.
Orders are placed by adults. The only data about a child is the name you optionally give for the dedication; we use it solely for the inscription in the book and keep it in the order history.
We may update this page — the current text is always here and the update date is shown at the top. If anything changes in principle, we will say so separately on the site.
